stage will be meticulously carried out by our dedicated and
well-trained staff to ensure that the components progress to
high precision. Our clients can trust our considerable

quality check will be performed after the components are
shaped up with high precision machine tools to ascertain
that every piece meets our client's specifications. A high
precision of 3~5 micron can also be achieved by our

production. To ensure that our clients obtain precision
machining parts with minimum variation, we keep our
measuring instruments calibrated periodically by approved
specialists. Exercising statistical process control, we are
disposed to impart the Statistical Process Control data upon
client's request. Knowing that on-time delivery is
constantly on their minds, we have implemented Just in Time
programs to give them added value. Certification records
are kept for all materials, hardware and processes. Beside
an ISO9002 certification we have also bagged the Enterprise
50 awards in 1998, 2000 and 2001.

Supplying
precision machining parts amounting to 20 million pieces
every month, we align our production volume very closely
with global demands. Our production capabilities include a
plant in Dongguan, China, and two plants in Thailand.
